Spring Seasonal Color Order Form

  • Welcome to our seasonal color order form. Please complete the fields below and indicate your selections of flower type, color and quantity. Our seasonal flowers are sold by the flat, which typically consists of 18 individual flowers in 4" pots. Our pricing includes removal of old or existing flowers, standard bed preparation, Osmocote fertilizer and installation of the new flowers. In addition, some landscape mix might be needed to replenish lost soil or to amend the existing soil in the flower bed. Each 2 c.u. ft. landscaper's mix bag will be an additional $6.75 installed. After we have received your order form, we will contact you by phone with total pricing, availability and general order confirmation.
    If you are a returning customer, you may elect to simply check the box marked "duplicate my order from last year". If you do so, you can still check additional boxes for add-on items. Note: Fields with a red asterick (*) are required, please remember to enter where you would like your individual selections planted.
